A fully developed PPNB farming village in the Upper Euphrates with rectangular planned architecture, domesticated wheat and barley agriculture, sheep/goat herding as the economic core. Despite no obvious signs of equus, or horse usage, there was hunting of wild aurochs and trade. And, Gritille had strong integration into the broader central Fertile Crescent exchange. Including settlement networks, in the wetter early Holocene environment.
